PORTFOLIO SHOW, COMPLETE

Nervous, for what? The show went so well. I met so many industry professionals, got a couple business cards, as well as got rid of over half of my own cards! Here is a picture of my set up. It was more clean at the beginning, this picture was taken near the end of the show.

What I had on my table: business cards, two magazines made by me, engraved pens and coasters, and a couple Portfolio show pieces. My coffee business was a huge hit during the show, and it was a big talking point. I kept getting comments like, “makes me want coffee” and “I thought this was a real place!” Those are the comments that I stive for.

What was on my baord: 10 Related Pieces campaign (coffee business), portfolio show campaign, business rebrand (a project I did during my first year for a crunstruction company here in Sioux Falls), a poster for Tea High School sports (this poster was voted on by the school’s board, then printed out and handed to every parent attending sports at the school), a box for a CeraVe product, and a couple advertisements I had made for my magazine.

This show was a success, and I got everything out of it that I wanted to. This made me feel a little more confident in my work, and that I am greatful for.
